A Small Change, Made with Care

If you've been with me for a while, you know I don't do anything halfway — and that's exactly why I'm writing to you today.

When my husband was diagnosed with early-onset dementia at 55, I learned quickly that sustainability matters. Caregiving marathons don't reward the people who sprint. I watched myself burn through reserves I didn't know I was drawing from, and I had to make hard choices about where my energy went.

I'm making one of those choices now.

Starting this month, I'll be publishing every two weeks instead of weekly. Not because I have less to say — anyone who knows this journey knows the stories never run dry — but because I want to show up for you the way I wish someone had shown up for me. Thoughtfully. Fully. With something real to offer.

Every issue I send you deserves that. And so do you.

Thank you for being here. I'll see you in March 10, 2026.
